Where is Safe to Go on Holiday?

With the earthquake and tsunami in Japan and Arab and Middle East unrest, where is safe to go on holiday?  The Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) have a list of countries where they advise against all but essential travel.  If you do travel to a country where the FOC recommends against all but essential travel or no travel at all you will be invalidating your travel insurance.  For clarification, holidays, visits to relatives and business trips are not regarded as essential travel.  As of 24th March 2011 the FCO had warnings on 53 countries where either no travel at all or essential travel only to the whole country or part of it is recommended, this page is updates on a regular basis.
