Your policy documents are normally sent automatically vai email when you purchase your Insurancewith policy. However, if you need them to be resent to you for whatever reason, or if you would prefer printed copies, just fill in the contact form below and we’ll do just that.
Email copies should be with you within 24 hours, and posted copies within 5 working days – with no need to wait on hold.
Please note, paper copies of your documentation will not be required if you need to make a claim. If you still need paper copies we can of course send these to you, but please think about the environment before requesting.
